1. Appliance Safety Acknowledgment

By ordering from Dr. Chimney & Hob, you explicitly agree that all materials are designed and sold for **appliance maintenance and repair use only**. You acknowledge that installing these parts carries inherent gas and electrical risks. Dr. Chimney & Hob brand is owned and operated by Dr. Chimney & Hob Services (Hyderabad, Telangana 500008, India).

2. Buyer Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Dr. Chimney & Hob harmless from any damages, lawsuits, expenses, or liability resulting from improper installation, handling, or testing of replacement parts. The buyer certifies they will disconnect electrical connections and shut off gas supplies before performing repairs.

3. Payment & Shipping Settlement

We dispatch parts upon payment confirmation. We allow check deposit, crypto transaction, or wire transfer. Since we operate offline payments, any orders not funded within 7 calendar days will be automatically canceled.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 10-day return policy for unused, non-installed parts in their original packaging. Parts that have been wired, mounted, or modified cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

5. Complete Agreement
