1. Appliance Safety Acknowledgment

By ordering from Dr. Chimney & Hob, you explicitly agree that all materials are designed and sold for **appliance maintenance and repair use only**. You acknowledge that installing these parts carries inherent gas and electrical risks. Dr. Chimney & Hob brand is owned and operated by Dr. Chimney & Hob Services (Hyderabad, Telangana 500008, India).

2. Buyer Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Dr. Chimney & Hob harmless from any damages, lawsuits, expenses, or liability resulting from improper installation, handling, or testing of replacement parts. The buyer certifies they will disconnect electrical connections and shut off gas supplies before performing repairs.

3. Payment & Shipping Settlement

Orders are confirmed and dispatched upon payment receipt through our secure online payment gateway (Razorpay: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking). Orders are shipped across India in accordance with our transparent Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible unused, non-installed parts in original packaging. Electrical and technical parts that have been wired, mounted, or modified cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect is present. 5. Complete Agreement
