1. Authorized Use and Appliance Safety

By placing an order, the purchaser explicitly warrants that they are a qualified maintenance technician or a homeowner performing repairs in accordance with standard safety regulations. These products must be installed with care, ensuring that electrical power mains and gas supply lines are completely shut off.
2. Compatibility and Installation
The products listed on this platform are replacement parts. The purchaser acknowledges that they are solely responsible for verifying compatibility (dimensions, voltage, shaft sizes, burner types) with their specific appliance model before ordering. The Company disclaims all liability for damage or failures arising from installing incompatible parts.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, personal injuries, gas leaks, electrical fires, or appliance failures arising from improper installation or handling of the spare parts supplied. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with repairing gas and electrical appliances and agrees to hold harmless Dr. Chimney & Hob from any claims or losses.
4. Purchase Agreement
By completing the checkout process, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these safety and compatibility terms. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or invalid shipping addresses.
